Terms of Service

Welcome to HelloNanny Plus. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HelloNanny Plus mobile application ("App") operated by HelloNanny Plus Co., Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Part A: Terms for Clients
1. Subscription
- Access to full features requires a monthly subscription of 1,000 THB/month.
- Subscriptions auto-renew each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Free tier allows browsing up to 5 nanny profiles. Chat, Like, and Job Post features require an active subscription.
- Upon cancellation, you retain access to chat history in read-only mode. Sending messages, translations, task management, and search features are disabled.
2. No Direct Hiring
- You agree not to directly hire any nanny discovered through the App outside of the platform for a period of 12 months from the date of first contact.
- Violation of this clause results in a penalty of 50% of the nanny's annual salary or 30,000 THB, whichever is greater.
- All hiring must be conducted through the official Offer system within the App.
3. Payment
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Prices are in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds are available within 7 days of subscription purchase if no nanny has been contacted.
4. Content and Conduct
- Job posts must accurately describe the position and requirements.
- All job posts are subject to review and approval by our team.
- Discriminatory, abusive, or misleading content will result in post removal and possible account suspension.
Part B: Terms for Nannies
1. Registration Fee
- Year 1: Free. No registration fee is charged during the first year.
- Year 2 and beyond: An annual registration fee of 400 THB/year is required to maintain an active profile.
- Payment is made via PromptPay bank transfer. You must upload a screenshot of the payment as proof.
- Failure to pay within the grace period will result in your profile being set to inactive (limited access: profile editing and post viewing only; no chat, likes, or job applications).
2. Matching Fee
- Upon successful placement (when a client sends an official Offer and you accept), a matching fee of 25% of your first month's salary is due.
- The matching fee is payable within 30 days of your employment start date via PromptPay.
- Failure to pay the matching fee will result in account suspension.
3. ID Document Consent
- When you accept a hiring offer, you consent to sharing a copy of your identification document (passport or national ID) with the hiring client.
- This is for the client's security and is stored securely within the platform.
- The client may only use your ID information for employment verification purposes.
4. Video Content
- By uploading introduction videos, you grant HelloNanny Plus a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote the video content within the App.
- Videos must be appropriate, professional, and accurately represent you.
- All videos are subject to review and approval before being made visible to clients.
5. Profile Accuracy
- All information provided in your profile must be truthful and accurate.
- Providing false information about experience, qualifications, or criminal history is grounds for immediate account termination.
Part C: General Terms
1. Account Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
2. Limitation of Liability
- HelloNanny Plus is a matching platform. We do not employ nannies directly and are not responsible for the conduct of either party.
- We recommend clients conduct their own due diligence, including reference checks and interviews.
- We are not liable for any damages arising from the employment relationship between clients and nannies.
3. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
- We encourage parties to resolve disputes amicably through our support team before pursuing legal action.
4. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
- We will notify users of significant changes via push notification or in-app message.
