• Profile Information: For nannies: work experience, skills, languages, nationality, work areas, and introduction videos. For clients: family information and childcare requirements.
• Camera and Microphone: Used to record introduction videos for nanny profiles. Access is only requested when you choose to record a video.
• Photo Library: Used to select profile photos. Access is only requested when you choose to upload a photo.
• Location: Used to show nearby nannies and jobs on the map. Location is only accessed when you use map features.
• Messages: Chat messages exchanged between clients and nannies within the App.
• Payment Information: Payment details are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the nanny/maid matching service
• To facilitate communication between clients and nannies
• To process payments and subscriptions
• To provide real-time message translation services
• To send push notifications about messages, matches, and important updates
• To improve our services and user experience

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, database, storage, and cloud messaging
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Google Gemini API: Message translation
• Google Maps: Location and map services

We do not sell your personal information. Your profile information is shared with other users of the App as necessary for the matching service. We may share information with third-party service providers as described above.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
